I have three displace vertebra in my neck from a bike accident years ago and I’ve tried all sorts or things to help my sleep and honestly my first night using this was the first night I didn’t toss and turn to find comfort. I have heard folks talk about the sound but it didn’t even register for me. Anything the reduces pain makes rest better. Period. Giver a try.

I suffer from neck and head pain upon waking—often requiring ibuprofen. I first experienced the pillow and bolster during a visit to my RMT. I love my new buckwheat hull pillow! The log shape give me as much lift as I want and the hulls give me as much firmness as I want, but the bonus is that I can mold it to whatever shape I need to support my head and shoulders. I love that this pillow has zero give to it, nothing is worse than a flat pillow and the filling shifting to all the wrong spots as you sleep. I even sleep on this pillow when I have new piercings. I just make a little divot in the middle for my ear and sleep like a baby.
